The client required a peaceful area — a place for retired individuals to find a resting space. The design needed to provide a scenic view with flourishing plants to create an environment for the elderly. Ensuring accessibility and safety during construction was critical. What stands now is a place for the elderly to reside without fear of the future.
The approach
We began with a thorough site analysis and understanding of the client’s needs. Our estimating team detailed all necessary materials and resources, integrating value engineering to balance cost and quality. Extensive planning was required to transport large trees and plants through the lobby — something uncommon, to say the least. Continuous progress monitoring and quick resolutions were key to staying on track. Detailed planning and coordination allowed us to manage the moving pieces effectively.
The results
The finished area features a serene pool surrounded by vibrant greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere that enhances quality of life. This has become a place of everyday enjoyment for the individuals that will call this place home.
