Overview
Earthscapes is transforming the outdoor space within a new complex in Wilmington, CA, with a focus on creating a beautifully functional environment for future residents of the property.
The approach
The estimating team prepared a detailed plan, factoring in all materials and resources. During the installation, project managers designated a foreman and a skilled team to handle the complex tasks ahead — one of which included transportation of materials to the third floor, with minimal space to operate. Materials were manually carried up staircases without damage, a nod to the care our team puts into the projects before them. Proactive problem-solving was integral to the project's success thus far.
The goal
The addition of planters and trees has allowed for a contrast of green amongst the urban environment. Earthscapes has transformed the apartment complex, offering future residents a better quality of life for them and their children.
