Earthscapes is revitalizing Century The Cove in Long Beach, CA, with the aim of transforming the residential complex into a vibrant community surrounded with life. This project seeks to breathe new life into the neighborhood, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents old and new.
The approach
The estimating team devised a comprehensive plan, ensuring cost efficiency without sacrificing the quality Earthscapes is known to bring. Coordination with the contractors on hand was essential for schedule alignment and logistical management. During the installation phase, our team faced numerous challenges including weather conditions that made it impossible to work. The solution? We adapted the schedule as needed to keep the project on track and in line with our gameplan. Close communication with contractors and regular check-ins were vital to overcoming the obstacles before us. This approach ensured that the project advanced smoothly despite the mountains we were forced to climb.
The results
