Overview

Our objective is to create a new parking lot that harmonizes with the existing landscape. This project requires innovative solutions to utilize a new water-filtration system and integrate large trees for shade. Minimizing disruption to the museum's operations is crucial.

The approach

We initiated the project with a detailed site analysis to understand the requirements needed for the parking lot. The estimating team developed a plan that ensured cost-effective solutions — planning to intergrade an advanced rainwater recycling system and the logistics of planting large trees were key points of discussion. During the installation phase, project managers coordinated closely with management and other contractors to avoid veering off schedule. The planning and execution thus far has been showing clear signs of fresh integration of the new parking lot with the existing landscape.

The goal

The goal is to develop a functional and eco-friendly parking lot that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, providing both usefulness and visual appeal. The innovative rainwater recycling system will bring life where life was once barren, for years to come.
